We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must not have been assembled or altered in any way.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. After this period, we are unable to process a return.

Please note that some items, such as exercise equipment or fitness machines that have been used or damaged, may not be eligible for return.
