1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Return Request: Must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. Products that show signs of wear or have been damaged by the customer will not be accepted for return.
  • Exclusions: Certain items such as personalized or custom-made products, gift cards, and clearance or sale items may be excluded from our return policy.

2. How to Return an Item

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@autovfixcity.com or call (507) 754-5046 to initiate the return process.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we confirm your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
  4. Inspecting the Item: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility requirements.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is processed and approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
  • Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will either issue a full refund or send you a replacement at no additional cost. In this case, return shipping costs will be covered by Autovfixcity.

5. Exchanges

At this time, Autovfixcity does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend processing a return for the original product and placing a new order for the desired item.

6. International Returns

For customers outside the United States, please note that you are responsible for return shipping fees and any customs duties or taxes that may apply. International returns must also meet the same return eligibility criteria outlined above.
